When you book a tour we collect: first name, last name, phone number, email address, the start slot you choose, the number of riders, and any special requirements you share with us.
We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments, when applicable, are handled directly between you and STRIM Mobility at the base.

Why we use it
To confirm your booking, prepare the right bikes and equipment, contact you in case of changes, issue a receipt, and comply with French accounting and tourism regulations.

Retention
